EarthCorps Campaign
Your words have roots. Write a letter to future forests, future generations, future salmon — to the Earth that will live long after us.
The Idea
Restoration work is an act of faith. When we plant a tree, remove invasive species, or stabilize a shoreline, we are writing a letter — one that takes decades or centuries to be read.
This campaign invites Corpsmembers, volunteers, donors, and youth to put those words into words. A letter is a promise. It is accountability. It is hope made tangible.
Letters submitted through this campaign will be collected, shared publicly (with your permission), and included in EarthCorps' annual storytelling.
Our work is rooted in the present — but it grows toward a future we believe in.

Who are you writing to?
Every letter is an act of love and accountability. Pick the recipient that speaks to your heart.
What do you want the children of 2075 to know about why you showed up? What did you protect? What do you hope they find still standing?
Write to the trees that haven't grown yet — the natives planted in cleared hillsides, the canopy returning to urban neighborhoods. Tell them what you did for them.
Salmon carry the memory of watersheds. Write to the runs we are working to restore — acknowledge what was lost and what is being reclaimed, stream by stream.
Address the planet itself. Name what you love. Acknowledge the damage. Make a promise. The Earth has been patient — tell it what you are doing in return.

EarthCorps cultivates leaders and community partnerships to advance environmental justice. Every letter written here is rooted in real work happening on the ground.

EarthCorps crews restore forests, shorelines, wetlands, and watersheds — removing invasive species, planting natives, and protecting water quality for the communities and creatures that depend on them.

Through paid service and hands-on skill-building, EarthCorps trains the next generation of environmental leaders — people who carry this work back to communities around the globe.

We bring people together to take meaningful action. Through volunteer programs, Tribal partnerships, and shared learning, we connect people to land, to each other, and to a climate-resilient future.
